“The way we fight it is to say, “Yeah, Trump has an off-color sense of humor. So what?””
Exactly! Trump has to say something like, “Yeah, I said some things I regret. I think we all have. What I didn’t do is fail our people in Benghazi and then lie about it to their family members. (then pause for a moment) But Hillary did. I didn’t take millions of dollars from third-world dictators to sell out my country. (pause) But Hillary did. While Hillary was lying about vast right-wing conspiracies when her husband was chasing interns in the White House, I was building a ten billion dollar company and creating thousands of jobs. While Hillary was failing to accomplish anything as a U.S. Senator and Secretary of State and taking all that cash from third world dictators, I was working to succeed in American business. And I did. Now I want to Make America Great Again. America, I’m with you and not with third world dictators like Hillary.”
I hope Trump reads your post.
IF questions aren’t asked from the audience about this issue tonight, he is not going to have a chance to say anything to rebut the yammering that’s gone on since Friday. He can’t bring it up outside of the viewer questions and she probably won’t, knowing that he’s been urged to bring up the worst about her and her husband!
If they allow twitter (or whatever) questions to be asked, then all bets are off. That will be packed with Clinton supporters. They shouldn’t be allowed. Good gravy - in a few more years, people aren’t even going to know how to carry on a verbal conversation...they’ll have to reach for a “device” (as Hillary calls them). Yeah - the country definitely needs help - in so many ways!
