His name came up here years ago on some thread and plenty of Freepers knew he was a lefty from way back. I never really thought about his politics until that time but the vast majority of artistes are that way and that is the default position for them until proven otherwise. Since that time there has been plenty of confirmation to his leftist point of view.

De Niro has always been a lefty. He’s twice married women who are black and has bi-racial children. This surely has some influence on him now, plus the fact he dated & married black women when the public wasn’t as accepting. IDK.
