No. I've experienced first-hand how racial tension is conquered. Here's how you really do it.
So I see that a high school in Oregon thinks it’s a good idea to make students take a survey about “white privilege.” It asks them if they would agree to statements like “I can be in the company of people of my race most of the time,” or, “If I should need to move, I can be pretty sure of hassle-free renting or purchasing in an area in which I would want to live.”
These are designed to make white students believe they are extraordinarily and unfairly privileged if they can say yes to any of these statements, as they enjoy these things only because they are white. What the survey really does is the worst possible thing you can do if you want to diffuse racial tensions in our society: It keeps race front and center in everyone’s minds. It makes race more important than character or performance. It keeps everyone focused on the very thing that’s causing all the tension in the first place.
Poor whites i guess are just screwed...
The racialism of america is aimed to create conflict that people wanting more power can capitalize upon.
The survey should ask questions likes these:
1. If you see someone with his pants hanging down below his knees, would you hire him?
2. Is it morally acceptable to loot a store if you’re angry about something?
3. Is it a good idea to be married before you have children?
These schools are not teaching basics ( like American History) . They are indoctrinating and brain washing leftist garbage . I don’t know how caring parent can tolerate this ?
Why do people want to tear down those they think are privileged rather than work to achieve equivalent abilities?

Go to hell! you don’t create an artificial category and then put me into it without my permission, and then accuse the entire group of the crimes of a few who once belonged to this artificial group, but are now dead.

I’ve heard a lefty explain white privilege in a way that makes me believe it’s real. If she was right about the numbers, whites are more likely to have
* 2 parents at home
* Parents who care about education
* Parents who care about staying out of trouble/prison
* Parents who expect children to show respect to adults/police
* Parents who expect college and a job
* many other parent-related items
This gives white children a huge advantage in college and career.
Unfortunately her solution was to pay more money for teachers to do for black kids the the things white kids’ parents are more likely to do. Literally put them on a bus when they wake up and take them home to go to bed from age 1 or 2. At least there was a premise we can agree on (parents are important) so it’s possible to have a discussion unlike most of the people yelling “white privilege”.
I sure wouldn’t participate
Chinese in China have a similar privilege, but I don’t see anyone demanding they feel guilty about it or take in millions of refugees.
Making it even more ironic - the Chinese government is actually suppressing other dialects of Chinese by banning them from TV in order to push for conformity with Bejing’s norm. They obviously don’t think diversity is a strength.
Liberal racism at its finest!
