Bill Clinton may by a lying womanizer but he is far from stupid. What he said was not off the cuff but intentional. What he’s doing is laying the initial groundwork for a talk about a transition to a “single-payer” Medicare for all system which Obamacare was most certainly the precursor for. Obamacare had no chance of succeeding. Every one knew it was totally unsustainable. About the only thing that was surprising to them was just how quickly it crashed and burned.
Higher costs and less choice? Who could have seen that coming? I’m shocked. Shocked I tell ya.
