I had to witness 1 Turk and 2 Kurds here in Japan.. I also had to constantly have to break them up from fighting :/
The turk looked like he was from Oklahoma (white as me and same eye color, Hazel).. 1 Kurd was a tad bit darker, but still looked ‘white’, with light brown eyes.. The youngest Kurd, about 21, was whiter than me, but had dark brown eyes.
Ottoman Islamic art does depict angels, especially Gabriel, in flight, and this has the same flavor as the one in the photo right down to the green wings, but for one detail. So does Persian art... and there is a fantastic series of Islamic paintings from India or thereabouts that were used to illuminate an epic tale - paintings which the current crop of muslims would get their panties in a bunch over their depiction of Mohammed. The one detail, though, is the halo in this picture. I don’t recall seeing Muslims using the halo in their depictions of Gabriel or other angels as Christians do.
Of course it could be they’re secular enough not to care what cultural style Gabriel is done in and just like angels.

It really don’t matter whether he is religious Muslim or not in his past. Act of sacrifice by Jihad wins him redemption from sin by works. A Christian wins redemption from sin by accepting Christ sacrifice of death burial and resurrection from a loving God.
The media described a groper in Philadelphia as hispanic a couple days ago. You could tell from the photo he looked middle eastern...Syrian perhaps.
