As the polls have sped in a pro-Trump direction over the course of the past week, Hillary loyalists and their media servants (but I repeat myself) have insisted that regardless of what you see in national polling, the electoral map is simply too difficult for Trump to actually give him a viable path to 270 electoral votes. Our rejoinder has simple: Thats true until national trends become so strong that state numbers start to follow, and suddenly the realities of the map change.
I dont know how sustainable Trumps current momentum is, but I do know that if it continues for long, no reading of the electoral map can save Hillary. George W. Bush won 286 electoral votes in 2004, which means youve got at least enough states out there that are open to going red that a combination leading to 270 is at least possible for Trump. Its just a matter of whether his national strength can bring those states along. Up until today, no dinosaur media outlet had acknowledged any specific scenario that might actually see Trump get to 270.
Trump is going to crush Hillary in November - no doubt about it. The liberals know it.
The Heterophobic NPR is shaking in their panties
Trump will get 286. Now add NY to the mix.
Defund NPR. Make it a Day One priority.
as in
"It ain't over until the fat lying 'lady' sings!"
NY may be a stretch, but if he takes it, he’ll win PA, NJ, NH, VT and ME and we have any early evening on election day and a landslide.
I think he has a decent shot at MI, PA, IA, plus FL and OH is enough.
On election eve all the reporters will have the results of early exit polls and will have a pretty good idea where the election is headed.
If smug, Hillary has it.
If all gloom and doom, it's Trump.
If they seem on edge and overly excited, it's going to be a long night.
If he gets NY, the EV count will be more than 286.
Trump is the only hope to continue as a REPUBLIC.
Makes no difference if you like the man or don’t.
Agree! And PBS, too (I think they still get taxpayer $$s)
