He says, "If you want to give me a good send-off go vote." This message can be aimed more at his opponents than his supporters. He is saying that if you want to get rid of him go vote.
He is also saying to his supporters that they owe him for all he has done and expects the favor to be returned. The problem is everything is a disaster. His supporters are scratching their heads asking themselves what exactly they owe him for.
My send-off would be two-fold. First, a swift kick in the Sinclair-stained ass, then a swift trial for the treason this commie has committed.
