As far as I can tell....this is the first year with the coughing jags.
I might add, she must live in constant mortal fear that she will have a coughing jag during one of the Debates. That would be the kiss of death for her. She is going to be medicated to the max for the Debates, along with having a yuge box of lozenges on her debate podium. Good, one thing more for her to gag on besides her lies.
