It's not wrong to control your own destiny or to give your children a promising future. It's your right as an individual, as a free person, and as an American
Ann Rands classic novel, Atlas Shrugged, opens with the question Who is John Galt? Its a question often repeated amid an ongoing quest to discover the answer.
John Galt is a man who opts out of a failed society, who rejects a nation near collapse, an eroding economy, escalating crime, and an authoritarian government for a better life. Galt then recruits societys producers, smart, inventive people, the best of the best. They gather in a secret community, Galts Gulch, and set to work to rebuild what theyve lost.

Very poor analogy. Donald Trump is no John Galt. It was Ted Cruz that mentioned Ayn Rand and he was tagged as “lyin’ Ted” by the fellow who went into four bankruptcies. Trump is needed to oppose the half corpse/full crooked sociopath that Hillary is, but let’s not fantasize things.

Donald Trump and John Galt...an analogy that works very well. Trump's visit at the invitation of Enrique Peña Nieto, President of Mexico for a press meeting was IMHO, well done and showed his diplomacy is well and alive....his detractors can hardly stand how well he did. I watched Sheriff Paul Paul Babeu of Yoma, AZ. on Neil Cavuto's show, with Stuart Varney subbing for Neil....the sheriff had nothing but praise for Trump and the detractor ? could not find enough to criticize until Sheriff Paul cut him short.....fun to watch. Steve Hayes also couldn't find it in himself to give Trump an honest appraisal....

Ted Cruz went from Francisco d’Anconia, to Eddie Willers, and eventually morphed into Wesley Mouch.
