The Civil War was started because of acts of attempted secession and aggression by secessionists attacking federal installations. Nonetheless, it was a Civil War.

Nonetheless, it was a Civil War.

If you feel obliged to define it as such, and due to common usage have precedent to do so, I cannot stop you. In any event, what's coming as described will not be region against region, at least not along state lines.

That is the popular propaganda that has been encouraged by those in the wrong for over a century, but it is not accurate.

The Civil War was fought to keep $300 million in European Trade flowing through the port of New York and the Ports of New England.

An independent South would cost the New York Robber Barons grievous losses of income, and so they convinced their primary agent in Washington to launch a war to stop Southern independence.

The Civil war was started over money. Always follow the money.

“Nonetheless, it was a Civil War.”
___

A civil war is an action conducted by citizens of the same country for control of their government. Since the southern states seceded from the Union and formed their own government, “civil” doesn’t accurately describe the war that followed.

Nonetheless, it was a Civil War.

And the last one that will ever happen.......

There ain't going to be no civil war as long as the so called patriots have their jobs that pay their mortgages, their truck payments, the college tuition for their older kids and the weekend soccer games for the girls..........

Where were the "patriots" when the ranchers of Klamath Basin had their water shut off in 2013?

Any so called "patriots" from this site drive off to Nevada to help Ted Bundy back in 2014?

Sorry but people are going to be too busy to participate in the next civil war.............
