Some poor NCO will probably get fried for this. But she certainly is a great example of the insider threat. Even if you believe everything was just a little negligence. That is a category of insider, the unwitting dipsh!t.
Now before I get creamed, I do not, for one minute, think her actions were anything other than calculated corruption.
