Clinton Job Plan (ray76)

According to Clinton's website the key elements of her 100-Day Jobs Plan are:
- Make the boldest investments in American infrastructure since Eisenhower built the interstate highway system. In too many parts of the country, our infrastructure is crumbling and in disrepair. Its time to put people to work rebuilding America. We will fix our roads and bridges; expand public transit so that more Americans have access to good-paying jobs; enhance our seaports and airports; connect all Americans to high-speed, affordable broadband; modernize our power grids; and build world-class schools for our children. These investments will create good-paying jobs today, and unlock the potential of our people and our businesses to create good-paying jobs in the future.
- Invest in American manufacturing and crack down on trade abuses. Hillary knows that we can Make It in America again. We will make America the first choice for production, revitalize hard-hit manufacturing communities, and invest in the American manufacturing workforce. We will make companies that move overseas pay a new exit tax so they think twice about avoiding paying their fair share, and we will make companies pay us back when they take tax breaks and then ship jobs abroad. We will enforce existing trade laws so they protect American businesses and workers, while rejecting trade deals, like the Trans-Pacific Partnership, that do not put U.S job creation first.
- Make America the clean energy superpower of the 21st centuryand create good-paying jobs. We will set bold goals like installing half a billion solar panels by the end of Hillarys first term and generating enough clean renewable energy to power every home in America within a decade.
- Cut taxes and reduce red tape so that small businesses can grow and hire. Small businesses are the engine of our economycreating nearly two-thirds of new American jobs, fueling U.S. competitiveness, and offering crucial ladders to prosperity for hardworking entrepreneurs and families. We will do more to support small business: providing tax relief and simplification, cutting red tape, expanding access to capital, and opening up new markets so U.S. companies can sell their products around the country and the world.
- Support scientific research and technological innovation. We must ensure that America remains at the forefront of scientific and technological innovation in the 21st We will make bold new investments in scientific research, which can create entirely new industries and the good-paying jobs of the future. Together, we can achieve bold research goals, like preventing, effectively treating, and making an Alzheimers cure possible by 2025. And we will pursue public policies that spur technological innovation and ensure that technology is a force for broad-based growth.
Omitted from her plan is HOW.
How much money does she plan to spend to "put people to work rebuilding America"?
How does she plan to "revitalize hard-hit manufacturing communities"?
What are the specifics of her "exit tax"?
etc

Watching the Olympics with an ad from H-> on this that mentioned the “exit tax” and “job creation.” I don’t get how the .gov creates any job except by extracting taxes to add to the bureaucracy. This is flim-flamonomics or grifternomics, nothing is rooted in any recognizable reality. This is more like three-card monte, IMO.

Omitted from her plan is HOW. How ?
Throw taxpayer money into a large kitty fund, then steal all the money from it.

Also “How” is she going to get all the necessary environmental, etc, permits to do all this? Didn’t we learn from Obama the myth of the ‘shovel ready’ project?

Guess what? The Infrastructure is always crumbling somewhere. From past history, three things can be said about Hillary’s jobs plan:
1. It will be highly inefficient (like $1M per job, if not more)
2. All these jobs will disappear once the Government money runs out.
3. It will make the deficit even worse, leaving the taxpayer on the hook. But, so what? There is compassion these daze for just about everyone but the US taxpayer.

We will make companies that move overseas pay a new exit tax so they think twice about avoiding paying their fair share, This will just lead foreign companies to buy the US companies to "move overseas". DERP!

“Investments” mean tax dollars.
A President can’t “create” jobs. He can set the table for job creation to exist.
“Clean” energy really means alternate energy, which the rest of the world is leaving.
I wonder what taxes she would cut ?

Same old BS that has been tried and failed from the time of the Great Depression. All the money spent on FDRs make work programs did little or nothing to either jump start the economy or create anything more than temporary jobs. Hillary will do no better with her make work pipe dream. The green energy boondoggle is simply a black hole for tax money. For Hillary to say she is for cutting red tape and bureaucracy that hinders small businesses is laughable. Her green energy mandates and backing a $15 minimum wages are death to small business.
