Lisa R. Bardack is quoted as being her doctor in stories about releasing her medicals:

“Her cancer screening evaluations are all negative,” Dr. Lisa Bardack, chair of internal medicine at the Mount Kisco Medical Group, and Clinton’s physician since 2001, wrote, summarizing Clinton’s health history. “She is in excellent physical condition and fit to serve as President of the United States.”

No need to Buckhead it, it’s a recent document made using current technology. I wrote that document myself, so I know it’s authentic, came straight off my printer, in triplicate.

My sense is that while this may correspond to the actual reality on the ground I tend to doubt this is the real document.

In other words “fake but accurate”. Have we heard that before?

Looks bogus.

EMR generated healthcare progress notes have a LOT more detail than this.

I’ve seen tens of thousands of medical records. Could come from a small office but there is nothing in the document that stands out as authentic. There are several things that make me think it is not authentic.

Compensation is now based on documentation, most current notes contain lots of extraneous info, not for the patient’s benefit, it is to increase the level of visit for compensation, it’s stupid but a normal part of business now.

The document is just not very informative. A couple of big words and reference to a test with not specifics.

The diagnosis is odd, not a neurologist but it doesn’t sound right.

The punishment for HIPPA violations is extreme, these docs wouldn’t just drop without some precautions to protect those involved. An office small enough to produce a note that looks like that is too small to safely walk out with papers without someone figuring out it was you.

Overall, I would say it’s a trap.

Sorry but that's not typical letterhead representing a medical facility, or any organization or company for that matter........

If people want to run with it, then so be it but it's bogus.

This doctor is Internist with no special interest in neurology. The report isn’t real. With Hillary’s status she would be seeing a top notch neurologist.

MyPCP stays out of my neurosurgical problems. My neuro orders the MRIs, MRAs,etc. and never has my PCP suggested I stay on or come off any med prescribed by my neuro. I call fake on this.

Confirmed: Lisa R Bardack is Hillary Clinton’s doctor, who works at that medical office, with that phone number.

HOWEVER: Wouldn’t she go to a neurologist?

I’ll never name names but someone I’m married to, who would know, says this ain’t a real medical record from a real MD.

"increasing her medicine for the seizures" would never appear in an office note written by a doctor.

increasing her xxx to yyy mg./day, sure.

Increasing her medicine? Ridiculous.
