It was only due to politics and the party in the White House right now that she once again wiggled out of being indicted because Director Comey said there was no “intent” although the statute she is guilty of does not require intent to be grossly negligent. For now we should put aside the fact she has admitted to being incompetent, found guilty of being negligent, and focus on her mental well being.

I am now convinced this person could do the most heinous of crimes and never feel any guilt about it whatsoever. This is truly scary! Can you imagine her having the power of the US government, military, and nuclear weapons and not have a smidgen of a conscience no matter what crime she committed. I can only assume a lifetime of committing crimes then something happened when her brain was damaged in a fall a few years ago which has left her barren of feeling empathy or guilt.
