My sister belongs to an active service family group called ‘Blue Star Mothers of America’
It is a wonderful support group for military Moms....

This is all well and good.

But why are the fathers of the fallen not recognized? Do they not also suffer loss? Dad doesn’t also grieve with seemingly endless pain and anguish?

Seems callous to me.
