I know: there are some Dems calling for Debbie Wasserman Schultz to be dumped as head of the DNC. Her offense? Leaked emails. Boy those Dems are tough on leakers! Now do you understand why Hillary went to such lengths to ensure nobody would ever be able to see her official emails?

Butt enough of that, I have bigger fish to fry. Today I’m going back to my roots – reflecting the fashion iconery of our FLOTUS. For all of you doubters out there who’ve questioned – sometimes not so graciously – Lady M’s status as a fashion forward icon, I ran across this article in the Wall Street Journal yesterday: The Big Reveal: Looks That Show Off Your Back. Need I remind you that Lady M’s been doing just that for well over 7 years?

Again Lady M -  like her husband - has been leading from behind for years:

As much as a great entrance can entrance,

it’s that last glimpse of skin that’s getting all the attention.

Put another way: You had us at goodbye.

Oh yeah, you will definitely have us at “goodbye” - and it can’t be soon enough. As they say, don’t let the door hit you in “the lumbar region” on the way out.

I don’t get it. Like most middle aged ladies, she’s a little zaftig. Big deal.

Criticism of Michelle has more to do with her choice of color and style (or lack thereof: think boob belts; plaids, stripes and garish color; ostentatious gownage; and more) than her plump derriere.

It’s not her thickness that bothers me. Thick is muy bueno in my book. My big hang up is her attitude and narcissistic personality, and it extends into the ridiculously expensive garments that she chooses to wear.

There is a deliberate outrage about Michelle and her entire presence. I have friends in the black community who revel in this, especially her hip hop endeavors. She is most deliberately the antithesis of class and culture which she undoubtedly views as “white.”
