Judges and juries keep acquitting the cops whom Black Lives Matter calls racist

The repeated exoneration of allegedly racist cops by minority jurors and judges — from Ferguson and Staten Island to Cleveland and now Baltimore — seriously undermines the anti-cop movement started by Black Lives Matter and fueled by President Obama.

With half the Baltimore cops now acquitted in the death of Freddie Gray, a pattern has emerged where highly publicized cases against cops for racially motivated murder of black suspects have crumbled under the weight of court evidence.

..seriously undermines the anti-cop movement started by Black Lives Matter and fueled by President Obama.

And that says it all.

From the article:

Judges and jurors are debunking charges of “systemic racism” in policing as another of the left’s many false narratives. But the damage may already have been done, as evidenced by the vicious war on cops and a related violent crime wave in major cities across the country.

Anyone leaving their fate in the hands of a jury in many of these cases is crazy; at least a judge has to provide a legal basis for convicting you (beyond simple racist emotions).

Orwell has his character, Winston, say “Freedom is the freedom to say 2+2=4.”

My first thought was “duh,” that’s a fact, that’s reality.

But this is actually a profound statement. BLM’s narrative is all that matters, not reality. The justice system forces BLM to confront reality, not narrative. The BLM narrative will continue and the press will magnify it and riots will still happen. We, and our jurors and justices, still have the freedom to keep saying 2+2=4.

Thank God for the founding fathers.

Just goes to show how flawed the criminal justice system is, based as it is on the presentation of factual evidence. We need judicial reform in which feelings, not cold facts, are given predominance in any verdict - the truth is revealed by what one knows instinctively, i.e. feelings, not by a cold recitation of what people think they saw or heard.

Lavish Reynolds, the Darion Johnson of Minnesota. Police officers have been murdered because of the monstrous lies they have told.

If the police brought charges against a person and it was found out that they tampered with evidence, that person would walk free.

However, if a citizen does the same, this is allowable? No accountability or responsibility.
