Isn’t it freedom of assembly?

This is the first I’ve heard of this park. What a great idea!

Do they also demand that schools get rid of all the fiction books in the library? Do atheists tell their children fairy tales and bedtime stories?

No violation of the First Amendment.

Schools are not Congress.

They have taken trips to mosques, though.

I can’t imagine why consider the Ark Park to be such a threat, can you?

How about the ugly athiest kids with no friends stay at home that day or at the school while all the other children have fun with their friends doing what they want to do.

The schools can just say that it’s for a “cultural” perspective, like they do when teaching the Koran in the classroom.

Note to atheists, keep your kids at home that day and lie to them some more about how faith in God is in conflict with reason. God help those children...

Just tell the athiests it’s a trip to the “largest wood framed structure” in the USA...which it is..it’s over 540 feet long, entirely made of wood a recyclable material by the way.
and oh yeah, tell the athiests to go to hell!

Nye did, however, “appreciate some of the craftsmanship details” of the massive structure, which is courtesy of Amish worker expertise.

I wonder if Nye realizes that the Amish are more Christian than most Christians?

Since they do not believe in God, they can not take any witnesses oath in court, since the right hand goes on the Bible and during the oath they're asked to swear to God To Tell The Truth,The Whole Truth and Nothing But the Truth. They are guilty of Perjury from the very first breath.

An Appellant Lawyers dream.

But it’s ok to take field trips to mosques to learn about diversity.

I hope that our governor, Matt Bevin, issues a statement to all public schools in Kentucky that field trips to Noah’s Ark theme park - Ark Encounter - are not only okay but recommended. The Freedom From Religion Foundation can go somewhere else.

We just love the way leftist groups of every stripe and odor decide what rules we must follow in every damn venue they can (public schools in this case).
We also know and love how the products of these schools fare these years.
Idiocy born out of political correctness and the overreaction to bad supreme court rulings and we get to live with their crap.
Not me. Never.

Use the First Amendment Defense Act agains them. The FADA has been justly promoted as a means to protect religious people, as well as other conscientious objectors, against those who might wish to retaliate against you.

How sad is this. This is not what our Founding Fathers wanted. They championed liberty. All these rulings are the manifestation of the goals of communism. I don’t even recognize my country anymore.
