Justin Trudeau is completely satisfied to tweet out his shock and utter vague generalities about fighting terrorism. He wont even recognize who the terrorists are even after they win
There is nothing inherently wrong with politicians and elected leaders using Twitter and other social media platforms to express their thoughts, even though they sometimes get into a lot of trouble that way. But as soon as news of the attack in Nice surfaced, Canadians knew it would not be long before the Prime Minister would hit Twitter.
As with death and taxes, it was a certainty Trudeau would use the word shocked in his comments about what had taken place in France. And Justin, one of the most, if not the most disappointing prime minister in Canadian history, did not disappoint.
Punch Drunk Fool
Justin, more naive than Lester Pearson, more arrogant than Papa Trudeau, and more incompetent than Joe Clark.
Well, he’s an idiot so what’s to be expected
. He’s got the family name but I think he is even less qualified for high office than odungo. And I didn’t think that possible!
Joe Clark and that bicycle-riding clownish wife of his, what a joke—for all of six months maybe as I recall.
Big joke indeed. But that hasn’t stopped Joe from over the years giving these former Prime Minister on the sidelines lectures about being a Progressive Conservative and the related high minded talk that the voters even here rejected over and over again.
His brand of sanctimonious twaddle will collapse the first time there is a major terrorist attack in Canada. It managed to survive the attack on Parliament in October 2014 through extensive media support for the concept that the attacker was mentally ill rather than a hard-core jihadi (in truth he was apparently both). But a more conventional attack on large numbers of civilians would probably be too strong a challenge to the magic unicorn theory that no evil can happen in a Liberal governed Canada. Our security services seem to be as good as they come, luckily, because the political oversight is probably as ineffectual as possible. But that climate can corrode over time the ability of any such agency.
Perfect!
