The actual passage was in reference to “Palestinians” in the US, and he was ostensibly talking about immigrant “Palestinians” specifically in his community and how he would stand by them if people started persecuting them.
That said, the meme that The W0n would “stand with the muslims” is “fake, but accurate”.
