Yes million are manipulated by worldly systems not just Islamic fundamentalism but as you said the godless public schools etc.
My only objection has been that suggesting this is some conscious effort by some cabal of “mind control” classes or something deliberately organized like that.
There is brain washing of course but done on a subconscious level, by people to whom Christ is NOT first. That is my point the solution is not to replace leftist brainwashing with our own brainwashing no matter how well-intentioned. The “solution” is Christ, period He’s not the best solution or the most important He’s the ONLY SOLUTION.
Step ONE in inviting Christ in, in making Him ruler of every situation no mater how seemingly banal, is to recognize that He is the desire of everyone you meet. Every one you disagree with has the exact same desire as you do (which is a desire for Him) only in starting with this reality first can any real “change” be effected otherwise He is just another worldly idea to be thrown on the scrap heap of argument. If every person you meet isn’t as human to you as you are to yourself He will never be a solution, because that’s what He came to do, He came to save everyone not just Republicans. He came to save human beings from their own fallen humanity, this is the only solution this is the only thing that will work. Not claiming that the “opposing side” are mindless automatons bent on worldly domination.
You admit God gave us free will. You admit we are fallen.
So listen carefully: a lot of people, being fallen, rejecting Christ, have used their free will to join organizations bent on wordly domination, by voluntarily and with all their intelligence, turning themselves into mindless automatons.
They aren't actually mindless automatons - they have CHOSEN to be mindless automatons. BECAUSE they don't know Christ, and because they want to escape suffering. THAT is their solution - deliberately, willingly, and with extreme loyalty to their cause - which isn't the political cause, but rather OBEDIENCE to it. Obedience, loyalty itself, is their cause.
So when you talk about Christ, or freedom, or America, they see you as the enemy of their cause of loyalty, the enemy of their obedience. And that's ALL they see. Which means any point you make that makes them reconsider their position is - automatically - an attack on their very lives. That's WHY they are called "mindless automatons." Because that's what they've turned themselves into - voluntarily.
And THAT is the problem.
