“Death To America!” - Domestic Version

Loretta Lynch was dispatched last Sunday to tell us that we couldn’t presume to determine Omar Mateen’s motive for shooting up a gay club. And to advise all of us good little girls, boys, zes, etc. that we would be allowed to read the cleaned up version of Omar’s onsite brag. She reversed herself when even the Left was outraged by such blatant censuring of the 911 tape.

I know that we’re supposed to be repelled by Col. Jessep’s words, as well as his worldview. Unfortunately we live in interesting times and more and more of us find ourselves wanting both “The Wall” and Col. Jessup on it.

Something occurred to me watching all the talking heads about events lately. I still have not completely digested it all but I have learned something new, I think.

Notice how most of the talking heads are lawyers or journalists comfortable with legalese. Sitting in my lawyer’s office over estate issues I noticed a great number of books were different volumes of the same title, “Procedings in Establishing Fact” or some such. It struck me at the time. I expected US Code Title such and such kind of titles. I recall testifying at trials and being asked under oath “to a moral certainty” which is a weird phrase, right there.

Now people and gummints have been deceiving each other and lying to each other as long as either have existed. I guess by nature, the thing folks do easiest is lie and connive. So courts and lawyers become necessary to sort out what is the truth or fact.

Notice th TV lawyers and talking heads ( especially O’reily who I haven’t watched in years until recently) really insist on “sticking to fact”. If some one mentions something we all know to be true the thing that gets it shut down fast is it was never litigated. It was never established fact, legally.

So the TV debate, like a court room, is limited to established fact. Which is why Gretchen blew up at the redacted transcript and said something revealing, “You can’t show a jury a redacted transcript like that.”. So the effort to deceive was secondary to this transgression against testimony and evidence.

Almost to the level of epiphany I realized, this is why the libtards get away with damn near anything. Hillary’s server, Fast and Furious, you name it. The facts have never been established in court. So it never happened. Hillary’s corrupt finances? Never established in court. You name it, never established as fact in court.

So there is their Achilles heel, if you will. We should have We the People’s Court, perhaps, not to prosecute, not to punish, just to ESTABLISH FACTS. Hillary and the libtards have an Army of lawyers and trolls trying desperately to prevent this, there must be a way to counter them. Hell, even as I wrote it I realized it smacks of Robspierre but there must be a way we can hold the line.

Perhaps not. It begins with the loss of integrity and we may be too far down the slope.

So as a doctor, fairly comfortable with science, we are used to “observations interpreted into theory which is valid until new observations conflict”. So how a drug is metabolized by whatever organ, etc. is true only until new data is contradictory. We are used to that and our understanding of reality is always in motion. Dynamic.

For lawyers and politicians there are only facts that have been litigated and recorded by courts for historians to find. If it was not litigated it never happened. So there they are, with current events swirling around them, but only litigated facts are relevant. They think they are living in reality by narrowing acceptable observations. Meanwhile they are purposefully wearing blinders to much of what is actually taking place. Static.

This could explain why BJs behavior resulting in impeachment was so infuriating to the libtards. What everyone “ knew” about BJ was now litigated fact. This seriously scarred their psyche. They had been relying on keeping so much of what they do out of this realm, not available to historians, to continue to deny the truth.

So for those of us mired in flyover land things previously incomprehensible events and actions, perhaps, may be more easily understood. Libtards are not concerned with values, integrity, morality, etc. only with what can be and can be prevented from becoming litigated facts. As long as they can keep clear of courts they are home free. If they should stumble and land in court they can just steer to a friendly venue.

Maybe I am just slow and all this is just a long winded way to say what we all know. Our gummint is corrupt, run by people who are corrupt, put in place by voters who are largely corrupt themselves.
