It doesn't even make any sense. If someone can't in good conscience as a delegate perform the duty he was delegated to do, the solution is simple. Withdraw and be replaced by an alternate.

The fact RR made some mistakes did not change the fact that he was a great Governor and a great President, and Mr. Trump has the potential to be so, too.
