One thing that keeps getting missed on the Laureate U scam is that the owners of Laureate U are huge Clinton Campaign donors and one of the owners is Clinton's number one crony, George Soros.

So lets say Soros donates 39 million to Hillary Clinton. Hillary then steers 55 million in State Department money to Laureate U. George pockets the 39 mil and kicks 16 mil back to Bill.
