Trump right about judicial bias and prejudice

Harsh Politically Motivated Criticism By Hillary Clinton and Republican Establishment Shows Why They Are Not Honest With The American People About Our Legal System and Judges

Washington, D.C., Today, Larry Klayman, a former prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice who was on the trial team that broke up AT&T, and founder of Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch, issued this statement in response to the overly harsh and dishonest criticism leveled against Donald Trump over federal judge Gonzalo Curiel’s alleged bias and prejudice against him.

Klayman has this to say: “This harsh criticism, designed to inflame Latino-Americans, and influence the upcoming presidential election by Hillary Clinton and the Republican establishment like Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Paul Ryan (who would like to see Trump lose to Clinton so they can run their Republican establishment candidate against her in 2020), that Trump is racist as shown by his comments about the possible influence of federal judge Curiel’s Mexican-American heritage in making rulings in the Trump University case now before him, intentionally ignores reality and is intellectually and intentionally dishonest. So too is overly harsh reaction by the mainstream media about Trump’s claims.

Former attorney general Alberto Gonzales:

Trump right to question judge’s fairness

Former attorney general: Trump right to question judge’s fairness

By Mark Hensch

Former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales says Donald Trump is right to challenge the fairness a judge overseeing lawsuits against him.

“An independent judiciary is extremely important. But that value is not the only one in play here,” Gonzales wrote in a Saturday op-ed for The Washington Post.

“Equally important, if not more important from my perspective as a former judge and U.S. attorney general, is a litigant’s right to a fair trial,” he continued.

“The protection of that right is a primary reason why our Constitution provides for an independent judiciary. If judges and the trials over which they preside are not perceived as impartial, the public will quickly lose interest in the rule of law upon which our nation is based.” Trump on Thursday said U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel’s Hispanic ethnicity is “an absolute conflict” in three civil fraud lawsuits against the billionaire.

He said Curiel’s “Mexican heritage” makes him partial because of Trump’s calls for a wall along America’s southern border with Mexico.

We can’t imply that Curiel may be prejudiced against Trump because of his connections to La Raza and that he is first generation Mexican.

So tell me again why we should be concerned about who should be on the Suprreme Court? Or why did Sotomajor make a point of being a “wise Latina?” Our judicial system is highly politicized, which is why both parties make the point quite publicly that the ability to appoint judges to the courts at all levels is crucial to furthering their agenda.

Again, Trump has not been PC, stating some obvious facts about our judicial system. It is the reason why DOJ will not prosecute Hillary even if the FBI makes a recommendation to do so.

The judge is legally a U.S. citizen, being born in the U.S. But is he really an American and not a Mexican? Is Bruce Jenner a man or a woman? Am I a Lithuanian princess? Trump has repeatedly stated his respect for hard working Mexicans. He has many Hispanic supporters. His objection to the judge is that he is a member of La Raza. If Trump was a member of Die Rasse his German heritage would be relevant.

Judges are a protected class, unless Obama is criticizing them.

When AA Attorney General and President can say white judge and Police are biased against AA. Why Mexican-American judge is not biased against white Trump?

Anything said by the phony vapors and pearl clutching crowd should be viewed skeptically. It is they that have brought America to such a paralyzed state of conciousness that we even consider electing a socialist instead of deactivating HUAC.
