Wait a minute here. They filed a police report for what? The spilled coffee? Was it too hot and a civil lawsuit was the next step? They were upset because they wouldn't get a refill. Why did they waste the police time? Would spilled the coffee? My money is on the female.

Maybe not spilled coffee. According to the “college admin” person it was spit and that I believe is considered assault in most locales. Well unless it’s a Trump protestor spitting on Trump supporters then it’s okay. Kinda like throwing eggs at them. And bricks and bottles and rocks. All okay for bernadettes.

He says he didn’t realize his hand was wet until the guy left. Then he realized the guy had spit on him. I assume spitting on him is the assault part. Before I’ll believe it I wan a lab analysis to determine if it was really spit.
