According to Judge Nepolitano, the information was an appointment calendar that showed the Generals whereabouts on certain dates. This is sensitive information, but the information was almost a year old at that point, and any intelligence value at that point was nil. Kind of like telling about the movements of ships, something kept secret while it's happening, but of little use months after the fact.

Still it was a violation and the Obama Administration prosecuted the General on that basis.

Thanks for that info.

Guess Hillary's emails are nothing then....except we know they had to include sensitive info on Libya, Egypt, Iraq, Iran.....and Benghazi.

It’s still potentially useful if it shows patterns that a sophisticated adversary can exploit.
