"I told them they weren't gonna get anything negative out of me about Donald Trump, and they weren't really happy about that."
In case you had any doubt whatsoever, lets just lay it out: The New York Times is not just a journalistic institution that leans left in its worldview. Its a left-wing propaganda arm, and from the moment it sets out to write a story, it is looking not to learn the truth, but to assemble information and/or misinformation (whatever works) that appears to support the Timess preferred narrative.
But the Times seems to have missed the fact that there are now other media outlets who will give a voice to sources the Times betrays. You heard a great deal the past few days about the account of Rowanne Brewer Lane, who was presented by the Times as a woman treated badly by Trump - when in fact she felt nothing of the sort and told Fox News that Trump treated her with complete respect.
Prejean received nationwide attention over her response to a question about same-sex marriage during the 2009 Miss USA pageant.[10] Prejean was asked by pageant judge Perez Hilton, who is gay,[10] whether she believed every U.S. state should legalize same-sex marriage. She responded:
Well, I think it’s great that Americans are able to choose one way or the other. We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite marriage. And, you know what, in my country, in my family, I think that, I believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman, no offense to anybody out there. But thats how I was raised and I believe that it should be between a man and a woman.[11][12][13][14]
The media attention intensified after Hilton added a video blog post to his website, and made comments there and elsewhere, disparaging Prejean and her answer to the question.[15][16] Hilton called her a “dumb bitch”[15] and stated: “She gave an awful, awful answer that alienated so many people.” He also told ABC News that she lost the crown because of how she answered the question.[9] Prejean has also stated that she believes that her answer cost her the crown.[17][18] Of that moment, Prejean has written:
I was being daredin front of the entire worldto give a candid answer to a serious question. I knew if I told the truth, I would lose all that I was competing for: the crown, the luxury apartment in New York City, the large salaryeverything that went with the Miss USA title. I also knew, or suspected, that I was the frontrunner, and if I gritted my teeth and gave the politically correct answer, I could be Miss USA.[19]
Prejean stated that she was told by Miss California USA pageant officials that she “need[ed] to not talk about” her faith and was pressured to apologize for her statement.[11]
Donald Trump, who owns most of the Miss Universe Organization, defended Prejean’s answer, saying that “Miss California has done a wonderful job” and that “It wasn’t a bad answer. That was simply her belief.” He then added that the question was “a bit unlucky” and that no matter which way she answered the question “she was going to get killed”.[20] Several elected officials, including Gavin Newsom, mayor of San Francisco and a prominent supporter of same-sex marriage, and political pundits criticized Hilton and defended Prejean for honestly stating her personal beliefs.[21][22][23] The New York Times said her beliefs are representative of mainstream U.S. opinion on the issue, stating “while a majority of Americans believe that gay couples should be able to enter into unions with some of the legal protections of marriage,” only “a minority believe that gays and lesbians should be permitted to ‘marry,’ per se.”[24]

If the NY TIMES had any journalistic integrity, they would have written that Prejean spoke glowingly of Trump.
Donald Trump treats women much more respectfully than the New York Times treats the truth.
She didn’t answer the question according to how the lgbtqrstuvwxyz mafia required her to, and lost the crown.
Facists.
Would it have been too much for this article to have included the contrived and out context sentence?
Donald Trump treats women with more respect than Hillary Clinton does.
TTIWWP
What do you expect from the NYT? It is obsessed with destroying Trump.
Somebody used the bible passage “no weapon formed against you will prosper” in regards to Trump. I’m beginning to believe it.
CC
NYT interviewed 50 women and could only find 6 to talk about in their artcle. of the 6, 2 has since come out to accuse NYT of lying.
If these journalists were fair, they would see that 46 pro-Trump women vs 4 anti-Trump women means this should be a pro-Trump article about how well Trump treat women
New York Time's artful lying is old news. What's NEW is some select few victims of the New York Times NOW have access to media to defend themselves.
The Times needs to get the message: they can bully everyday citizens but NOT everyday citizens connected to Trump. Trump victims have access to the STAGE - they CAN DEFEND themselves.
Isn’t that spelled fagcists? The g is silent, in honor of “the love that can’t be spoken”, now that it is broadcast from every corner of the Universe.
I find it difficult to take serious a woman who has filmed herself masturbating.
Line of the day! Way to sum up the whole situation in one sentence. For those who missed it the first time, it’s worth repeating:
Donald Trump treats women much more respectfully than the New York Times treats the truth.
Thanks Marvin.
It’s clear that the NYT crossed the line in disrespecting the women they interviewed.
Not me.
I remember our Gym teacher telling us in 8th grade that masturbating causes hair to grow on your palms. EVERY boy in the class looked down at his own hand! Our gym teacher laughed his ass off.
