In his book “Think Like a Champion” (2009) Trump like so many others was praising Obama. Also the uncomfortable assertion that Pamela Geller and the Muhammad cartoon contest in Garland, Texas, provoked the jihadist assault. .... Quite a few other cases, to show the country and the people including Trump that had to go through the painful eight years to get us to this point.

I don’t know, but this is delicious! I just found out about this today. Now the SNL skit about it makes more sense. (SNL has possibly the worst writers ever this season... The only good skits are with Trump)
