I just cannot understand that G5/G6 at my beck and call, that beachfront mansion compound in Florida, those $100 cigars, those impromptu golf trips, those dinners with sycophant cronies, those NFL football games. Somehow conservatives managed to elect Ronald Reagan in the era before Rush and the Conservative Entertainment Complex arrived to turn conservatism into a money making enterprise during the GHW Bush presidency. In the years since we have had Rush selling Bushism as “conservative”. If Rush had his way Marco Rubio would be on the ticket this year.
