I did not vote for Trump in the primary for this reason. I will give him a chance in the general. I do not expect however that I will be supporting him.
That being said, the thought of Mitch McConnell seething with rage while having to put on a face of supporting Trump, is throwing me into a ginormous giggle-fit tonight.
For that alone, tonight I will give Trump a well-deserved slow applause.
It’s great to see these career corruptocrats fall in line after the American people have spoken. It’ about darn time we have a say on what goes on in Washington DC.
McConnell does need to be replaced, hopefully that will fall in line too as a result of a Trump presidency.

I’m sure he would have preferred to be Ted Cruz’s beck and call boy

Eventually, they’ll all line up to kiss his ring. There’s a new king on the throne, and they all know it.
It’s a story as old as mankind itself.
In a hostile takeover situation.
The losers are real cooperative while they hatch there comebacks.
In other words ... Mitch McConnell is now Trump’s b!tch.
Mitch McConnell created Donald trump by refusing to do his job, and by having no strategy other than self enrichment.
McConnell sucks ass.
WE don’t need him.
Of course old Mitch will support Donald Trump.
$60,000 to his Super PAC, Kentuckians For Strong Leadership, and $5,200 to his individual campaign.
You betcha he’ll support Trump. Mitch is nothing if not beholden. Money talks.
Good.
No surprise here: the one thing that politicians do well is count. He knows that Trump will win, and doesn’t want to be completely left in the cold.
Too late, though. Trump isn’t that stupid - he knows that the Johnnie-come-latelies are his enemies.
Why wouldn’t Mitch vote for Trump .. he’s one of Donald’s “golf buddies”.
And .. Mitch is also the guy who told Trump that Ted Cruz was “NASTY”.
Mitch McConnell is Harry Reid “light”.
This was no endorsement. This was a threat.
Speaking to the next President of the United States as if he were obligated to continue the UniParty agenda that he was just nominated to obliterate.
The Turtle speaks of TRUMP, as a step child:
“... the opportunity and the obligation to bring unity *around our goals*.
We just nominated him to destroy those feckless goals.
McConnell has to go.
Like he has a choice?
drop dead turtle man
