‘Born and raised in the South’ is shorthand for ‘I was born and raised in the South.’ I have no speculation as to your place of birth; I only know you do not grasp the correct usage of ‘y’all.’

Born and raised in the South is shorthand for I was born and raised in the South. Well, if y'all are going to refer to y'all in a sentence, y'all need to use an appropriate pronoun. The only pronoun y'all used, referred to me.
As far as I know...."All y'all" is Texan.

Did you know Ted began planning his Iowa campaign minutes after getting elected. I think he should have told voters in Texas that he wasn't going to D.C. to represent them, but going to further his political career.
