> “The majority of delegates are elected by people that show up to their respective state party conventions or caucuses ...”

Trump people show up but are often misinformed or lied to about meetings and vote times, and which of their delegates are on the ballot only to find out later their delegates have been delisted.

This is where the stealing is taking place. The persons who are in the know about schedules and meetings are all Romney people that have been screened to be anti-Trump and who are added to #Nevertrump and are given marching orders as well as well-paid compensation.

Romney is conducting a coup here.

Hostage, your posts are illustrating something extremely troubling.

We are seeing the disenfranchisement of a million voters.

That’s how many voted for Trump in Florida:

One. Million. Voters.

Pinging out...

This is true. What is going on is that a lot of new voters and people are coming in and don't have experienced leadership in parliamentary procedure. They are getting taken advantage of, yes. That much is a mixture of cheating and being out procedured. Then, some is not cheating per se, but there are many other ways that there is cheating, including the chairmanships not even acknowledging Points of Order, etc.

Ok... now, I am going to repost something from another thread that I posted because I feel it is important to this conversation:

Part of the ground game is to get your delegates lined up and get your people to the local caucus and elect the chairperson who is on your side. You need to get people who understand parliamentary procedure/Robert's Rules, etc. That CAN be done minus GOPe and HAS been done and I can tell you that firsthand. It is negligence NOT to do so.

For example, Trump was endorsed by Phyliss Schlaffly. All he had to do was get the lists of previous delegates and supporters of similar caucuses or candidates from her and get the organization on the ground and ready. This was done in 1996 with Pat Buchanan. My state had an excellent ground game and showed up at caucuses outnumbering the GOPe by a margin of 6 to 1. The Texas delegation that year was also very successful in this.

Chairmen were elected to set the rules and procedures and the Dole people were furious to the point that at one caucus they tried to fight over the microphone, literally, because they didn't like the results. Police even had to be called. And let me tell you, I WAS THERE. So don't tell me a ground game doesn't work. It DID. And those delegates went all the way to the convention LOYAL.

That's what I posted in relation to another post about ground game. I stand by it and have been a state delegate.

This is where the stealing is taking place. The persons who are in the know about schedules and meetings are all Romney people that have been screened to be anti-Trump and who are added to #Nevertrump and are given marching orders as well as well-paid compensation. Yes, a lot of the Romney people are still in place. What really is upsetting is what they did in Colorado with their written statement to delegates that Trump is NOT a Republican and removing his delegates from slates as not Republicans.

As a lifelong Republican, that is infuriating, and I'll tell you this - The people who don't understand the cauces and delegate selection system are getting pissed off, but when you start pissing off people like me who know the system and push them out of the Party, then you are FINISHED as a Party. FINISHED.

Now having said that, the chief goal of the Cruz campaign itself, is to get its own delegates on the slates, even if they are bound to Trump, in hopes of going to a second vote. However, IF, and big IF, that even happens, Cruz will find himself stabbed in the back and/or enough people will realize the stupidity of destroying the Party over pure irrational hatred.

And no matter how well they screen the delegates, I guarantee you, there are secret Trump delegates that are on the Cruz slates. So take THAT GOPe. haha. Two can play this game. Spy vs. Spy darlings!

Now it’s making more sense why, on Judge Jeanine’s show the other night, that RNC Comm Director (April someone ?) just kept repeating (when questioned about the GOP delegate process), “It’s purely grass roots. All delegates are chosen at a grass roots level”. I commented, at the time, how she would not wipe that smirk off of her face, while repeating this pat answer.

Yeah, sure. Until they’re shut out at the grass roots or state level.

I found it odd that in my very own precinct/district they changed the long standing rule of holding the delegate caucus from being held immediately following the polls closing, to some odd future date. Finding information about when/where this caucus meeting would be, was like pulling teeth.
