That means the decision will be political. True that. Obama is allergic to the law so of course whatever he does will be political.

So true.... but remember, that “political” decision may not necessarily be in her favor.
She hates him. He “stole” her 2008 presidency. Obama does not want Hillary in some ways because she would not give him a good launching point for his “legacy.”
Obama would much prefer a Biden/Warren ticket.
Time will tell.
