Lets see how well Trump does in Ryan district.

************
Very astute point. Could be a major embarrassment for Ryan which is probably why he was chatting with Trump earlier this month. Ryan is worried that his backstabbing is starting to catch up with him. And for plenty of good reasons.

Hope it teaches Ryan, and others like him who have turned their back on “We The People”, a good lesson.....”Don’t piss on the American people who elected you”.

I wish all of our government was as responsive as the House to the needs of their constituents (by running every two years across the board - include the Senate and Presidency - even if it is every three years for all). This current arrangement, where people can screw us for years then win re-election with brief damage control campaigns at the end of their first terms, are very damaging.

IIRC Trumps’ first rally in Wisconsin was in Ryans’ congressional district. A warning shot across the bow? I think so. If Ryan opposes Trump, Trump might just campaign for Ryans’ primary opponent. Very astute of Trump to send that message.
