“In the video he extended out is left arm, not his right.”

I watched the video several more times, and he clearly extends his left arm. If that were the arm of the supposed grab, it would appear that the bruising should be on the inside of her arm, instead of the outside.

However, there is a point in the video where the supposed grab could have been done with the right hand.

It all happened so quickly, with the contact considerably less than a second, that calling it an “assault” when she never lost her balance, winced, or cried out, seems overdone.

That was my thought as well.

Yes, hardly a case of assault, even simple. That aspect of law has gotten totally exaggerated to the point of bordering on ridiculous, and not just with this case.

I don’t understand the bruises, they are in the fore arm, but in the video he seems to grab the upper part of the arm, above the elbow
