There was no control of the arm from the time of the incident to the time when the picture was taken.

It was not in an evidence locker someplace.

The angles and positions of the people in the video do not force one to believe the woman had her lower arm grabbed by Lewandowski.

I have not seen a photo at all of the hand on the arm. There might be one. I haven’t seen it published

All good points. I do not see an ethical prosecutor finding charges here.

It seems from the video that all Corey got hold of was her jacket. You can see it out of order in one of the stills.

That's one big pinky in the bruises. And your finger tips don't line up when you grab someone. And the chances of the bruises being parallel to the line of her arm is astronomical.

But the big thing....that was one heavy looking jacket.
