Hope you’re right. I don’t see it in my analysis; Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and sadly Virginia (my state) look very blue from where I sit. In Virginia, Northern Virginia is bluer than Frank Sinatra’s eyes and conservative statewide candidates usually meet their doom in that part of the state. My belief (which is as valid as yours since neither of is producing data) is that Trump would beat Hillary like a dirty rug, primarily because he fights. I know that Ted fights some, but historically Republican politicians fight each other more ferociously than they fight Democrats. I just don’t have confidence that the party professionals, including Cruz, are up for the fight.

Yes this is an R primary, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see some D’s who were tired of Obama, and see traces of him in Ted to vote for Donald.
Also it wouldn’t surprise me to see D’s vote for Ted as they know Bernie, even if he wins will have a real challenge to become the nominee.
