. I will bet that by the time NY and PA finish voting, Cruz will need more than 100% of the remaining delegates in order to win the nomination outright.I see it the same way, Cruz is headed for a brick wall in NY and PA. Trump will win those states easily.

I agree, but the fact that things are still in doubt would give Cruz a bit of leverage in return for throwing in the towel. Not Veep (and how could Trump, after saying that Cruz is ineligible?), but maybe Solicitor General (A.G. was likely already promised to Christie), followed by the S.C. in a couple of years.
