There is no reason to start another thread. There is every reason for you to avoid debate on Kelo and property rights if you are intent on defending Kelo and Trumps interpretation of the Takings Clause.
What role could a President play, in repealing Kelo or in any manner affecting eminent domain? I didn’t like that decision myself, Kelo, thought it was wrong. How would a President change that though, seriously? I don’t see that he (or she) could. It’s not within the powers delegated to the Executive Branch.
