I am a Cruz supporter, but less so after yesterday.
It’s very simple. Trump is crude, simplistic and erratic. But every word of his speech is protected.
What happened on Saturday was unprecedented in American history. The supporters and activists of one political party (the Democrats) have organized themselves to systematically and violently disrupt the events of a candidate in another party. Moveon.org is a ‘mainstream’ part of the Democrat party, and has coordinated closely with that party for over a decade. BLM activists have been embraced by both major Democrat presidential candidates.
Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and Barrack Obama need to be confronted by demands that they condemn, disavow and disassociate themselves with these organizations that are actively organizing violence against their political opponents. No matter how distasteful some of Trumps words may be, words are not the same thing as violence. Trump is in no way responsible for the violence this weekend. This is entirely the work of the political left.
Rubio, Kasich and Cruz need to get the hell behind the First Ammendment. They are demonstrating in real time why conservatives mistrust the electeed Republican party for theur continual betrayal of Constitutional principles.
Up until two weeks ago I was going to vote for him , but after seeing these last two weeks and doing some research then I am convinced I made the right decision and went with Trump

Very well stated (entire posting). The above would call into question just how much they’d defend the Second Amendment, also.
