If Cruz is a reflection of those who work for his campaign, why is Trump not? Why is Bush former staffers a big deal but Trump current staffers acting this way a nothing burger?
We had multiple articles posted about some Bush campaign finance staff joining Cruz’s team. Even though people who work for campaigns regularly leave campaigns that ended and join new campaigns. It is a project-driven market and I am sure Trump has people on his campaign staff who have worked on other campaigns.
Sounds a bit like selective outrage to me.
Clearly you are free to assess the importance of the incidence as you wish. Whether her butt actually hit the floor wouldn’t it have been the gentlemanly thing to do for Trump to apologize for this behavior?

I question your native intelligence. Did you even view the video to which you linked? Miss Fields ridiculed NOBODY in the video. The ONLY thing that the video showed was the uncalled for RELENTLESS STALKING & BULLYING of Micelle Fields by Mark Dice. And you give kudos to Dice for this despicable bullying? Your kudos serve only to cast a light on the vileness of your soul. I hope this is only a temporary condition for you.

Possibly I am, so even if his campaign staff merely grabbed her arm and she was only thrown off balance is that still acceptable behavior? Would it still not be the right thing to do for Trump to apologize and actually answer her question?
Your post is pretty rude and degrading. You are not putting Trump in a good light if you are promoting yourself as an example of one of his supporters.
