If we are being honest... which on these threads, Trumpettes never are.
A win is a win. He's won 10 out of 15 primaries. How's that for honesty? How many primaries has your candidate won? Would you say he's under-performing or just getting his hat handed to him?
No he hasn't. He's over-performed (actual vote % vs. RCP average) in 11 of the 15 contests. No other candidate comes close.

I am of the opinion that Sen Cruz is the standard bearer for the conservative wing of the party and that wing has been growing. Rubio represents the GOPe wing of North Eastern Republicans and that wing has been shrinking. Both are about 20% of the party and as such, neither can win without the other.
Trump represents the disgruntled party members and as such is drawing about 40 to 50 percent. He can win the party nomination on his own, but still needs conservatives and the GOPe to insure a general election win.

I think after March 15th we’ve got a two man race between Trump and Cruz. That’s when it really gets interesting because every state at that point is winner take all.

I’m from Houston and have defended him in the past from Dreamers protesting in front of his Senate Office. He just started receiving help from Charles Foster an immigration attorney on his financial team from the Jeb campaign. Foster is well known in Houston as a hard core open borders peddler.
and now he's working for Cruz! Strange bedfellows or just a couple of shysters?
everyone here knows about Foster. He has blocked enforcement in TX a long, long time. It’s on Cruz’s website as the announcement for his new financial team.
It sounds like Cruz is thumbing his nose at the pro-enforcement patriots. How does he expect to win doing that?
