Exactly. You don’t need to deport all of them. Just cut off the benefits, do a good handful, and make sure that the threat to the rest is credible.
Most will self deport, leaving a manageable number behind to deal with.
Give them no reason to stay here and every reason to deport their own selfs.

While you are cutting off the government checks, enforce the labor laws.
How about enacting a law that states that illegals in the country after X/Y/ZZ shall NEVER be eligible for citizenship. It could take 1.5 - 2 years but great numbers of them would self-transport, IMO. Of course, this is assuming that the word “law” and “penalty” means what everyone knows them to mean, and not something like “milk” and “cookies”.
Great response. It is certainly doable but in many cities across the U.S., there are more of them than there are of us and then you have churches giving sanctuary to deal with.
IMO we would make great inroads if we refused all education and all medical treatment and coverage for anyone who did not have two parents who were U.S. citizens. Next eliminate all green cards and visas then all EBT, food stamps, housing and other state and federal benefits for all families if all adults are not citizens.
What would probably make a bigger impact is to fine employers and CEO’s up to $500,000 if they hire or pay non-citizens and put them in prison up to five years. Wouldn’t take too many of them before the employment stopped.

Just shutting down the jobs and welfare that bring new ones in, ending birthright citizenship that draws more to drop an anchor baby and so forth will ease the problem.
Personally, I think the buses should drop all the illegals off in front of the White House.
