Parents must be US citizens so that there would be no divided loyalties. Father absolutely
had to be. Cruz, Rubio, Obama all disqualified. But what court will adjudicate this?

I would have supported Cruz if he’d, excuse comparison, pulled a Trump with it and Challenged the democrats to prove he was less qualified than Obama. That would include all pertinent documents.

Ted lost me when he sort of snidely blew the issue off and refused to deal with it.

The difference between Rubio and Obama is that Obama had at least one parent that was a US citizen. Rubio should be viewed as clearly ineligible
