Excessive, Prohibited and Impermissible Contributions
Cruz for President (C00574624)
I believe most campaigns do not catch these until they are closing out the books on the campaign. GOP candidates usually, reimburse and report the overage at that point. Dim candidates find a way to fudge it.
IMHO it should be illegal to contribute anything of value to the campaign of someone for whom you cannot vote. Think about that.
Thanks, I heard both things - that govt stuff that's looks very incriminating is really just that - govt stuff. Also heard that this demonstrates how over the top the Cruz fundraising has been and continues to be.
Thank you, Mr. Corleone. I will do that exactly. :)
Most people are not aware of the limits. That document also contains many refunds.
You, apparently, have never had the misfortune to end up on Huckabee's mailing list.
I’d actually feel sorry for a donor to Cruz’s campaign who made all of those small donations. With all of his campaign solicitations, I could see how someone who supported Cruz might be intimidated into sending a little bit of money each time.
Quick scan says they didn’t exceed the $2700 limit.
Can’t speak to the address issue.
Yes, and if they could only send a little at a time, I wonder what their monthly income total was. I got Cruz emails over and over, desperate crisis, financial doom, if we don't get x amount of dollars by a certain time, we might not be able to go on. Maybe a lot of people actually fell for them.
Have a great day!
No, I haven't. I'm gonna say this and then go hide under the covers, but I kinda like ol' huckabee. He's down home and I like listening to him alot of the time. Let the flaming begin :)
Have a great day!

Thanks and have a great day!
Cruz “character”:
1. Phony summonses mailed out, scaring people to vote for Cruz.
2. Claiming Carson quit, presinc captains told voters “vote for Cruz”
3. Campaigning in the 800 churches, showing video “vote for me” with his preacher/father stomping for him. Rafael Cruz is a 7 Mountain Dominionist and believes his son is the anointed one.
4. “Brilliant” lawyer, did not know he was Canadian citizen and that he is not Natural Born Citizen, not eligible for office of P or VP.
5. Making phony video advertising with lies about opponents.
6. Phony video about Rubio - Obama.
7. 7 Mountain Dominionist Church = Christian???
Just enough to beat Trump in IA, apologize, rinse and repeat?
Liar is the polite term for this Cuban. His father was pro-communist in Cuba, imprisoned by Batista, but now he is refugee?
IRREFUTABLE AUTHORITY HAS SPOKEN
(Oct. 18, 2009) The Post & Email has in several articles mentioned that the Supreme Court of the United States has given the definition of what a “natural born citizen” is. Since being a natural born citizen is an objective qualification and requirement of office for the U.S. President (and VP), it is important for all U.S. Citizens to understand what this term means.

Applies to Cruz and Rubio, both at the time not born to US citizens and on US soil.
I honestly do not care how someone wants to spend their money. If trump wants to sink his entire fortune into his campaign, more power to him. If some little old lady wants to give Cruz’s campaign her life savings, that’s her decision regardless of how strongly I would advise her that no candidate is worth someone’s life savings. It’s entirely her decision.
I’m getting pretty tired of purely arbitrary rules, regulations and laws being foisted on “The People” from the feds - and campaign finance rules & regs are *purely* arbitrary. Bottom line is that the “vote buying” has been going on right in front of our eyes with candidates promising voters free-stuff to get their vote for decades and that is perfectly legal. So with that in mind, the FEC can go pound sand. They are are usefull as the bulk of all federal “departments” and/or these damned fire ants.
