It’s about time!
Not a fun situation.
to find this thread again
I see trump supporters very sad when the State acts in a rational manner.
I’m sure these nitwits filed the same forms for bath house Barry back in 2007
Nancy is trying to figure out how to change a RNC certification.
Silly, frivolous suit. It will be dismissed for lack of standing, just as all of the citizen’s suits against Obola were.

Like I owe you an explanation, my words indicate NO 'sadness' merely a note to be able to find this thread in the future... Do you read taro cards as well?

They have no standing.
What SHOULD have happened is to have one state take him off the ballot. Cruz could then sue the Party as an aggrieved party.
But I don’t think anyone in the RNC is that bright.
About time Trump’s New York REAL ESTATE buddies file a lawsuit to keep a candidate the rest of the country might want to vote for off the ballot?
I don’t think I want to vote for someone who thinks he can buy an election.
Obama was kept off the Michigan primary state so anything is possible. I don’t think it matters as Cruz will be out of the primary by then. He is going for 4th place in South Carolina. If that occurs, he’s done.
As were several MILLION babies born to foreign mothers impregnated by American GI's. Are they all eligible? I don't think so. Its a stupid argument from a lawyer who should know better.
FOT’s?
Just because they filed a lawsuit doesn’t mean he won’t be on the ballot. A Court would have to rule on it. If the court ruled he wasn’t eligible, it would be appealed...
Would you rather wait...and if Cruz wins, then have this tied up in court by the Dems.?
I am not like many on FR, while I think Trump would be a better choice, I would be happy to vote for Cruz if he gets the nod.
But this issue needs to be settled now.
Fourth place?! Are you high?
Nope just legal opinions.
Ill. has already ruled, using the Full Faith and Credit clause most states will do as it has done. But that just the Constitution so what does it matter..
