The significance of this NBC/Wall Street Journal poll is two fold.
First, it is the first poll to be conducted completely after the news of Antonin Scaliaâs passing and Trumpâs meltdown at the South Carolina CBS News debate.
Second, it is from a highly respected pollster focused on likely voters and who has a good track record of success.
The poll shows Ted Cruz in the lead now. It could be an anomaly. But internal polling of several campaigns all show the South Carolina race far tighter than the public polling.
This latest poll, however, does not account for Nikki Haleyâs endorsement of Rubio and the several good days of good press.
Weâll find out on Saturday.
I agree. This poll isn’t an outlier, it’s a complete fabrication. I am embarrassed for the people who fall for this poll. It is soooo obviously a fraud. Erik Erikson has lost all credibility.
More proof Erick Erickson drinks his own bathwater. :-)
Why would he need to go third party if he wins the most delegates?
Cruz should not have any trouble winning a state like South Carolina. Southern, evangelical. If he loses here by 20 points, where can he win?
No one with a modicum of intelligence would support Donald Trump.
I likes Trump more better than all da uthers canadates and i am not dum. >>> lol
