To all the stuffed shirts who can’t tolerate being around a warrior.
Gotta love Patton!
Apparently this is supposed to have something to do with the Trump, because.........
It’s fine. The woman called Ted Cruz a pussy and I think she’s a bit of a see you next Tuesday. It’s all good.
Washington’s Order Against Profanity
The General is sorry to be informed that the foolish and wicked practice of profane cursing and swearing, a vice hitherto little known in our American Army is growing into fashion.
He hopes that the officers will, by example as well as influence, endeavor to check it and that both they and the men will reflect that we can little hope of the blessing of Heaven on our army if we insult it by our impiety and folly. Added to this it is a vice so mean and low without any temptation that every man of sense and character detests and despises it.
(Signed,) George Washington
Post of the day. We all need to man up and quit pussyfooting around! Ted agrees, I am sure.
My favorite part:
“This individual hero stuff is bullshit. The bilious bastards who write that stuff for the Saturday Evening Post don’t know any more about real battle than they do about f-—ing.”
Language Warning for the faint of heart
" The quicker we clean up this Goddamned mess,
the quicker we can take a little jaunt against the purple pissing Japs and clean out their nest, too.
Before the Goddamned Marines get all of the credit. ."

When half the cable television channels are constantly pumpingout programming where f-bombs are used as every part of speech, the effectiveness of profanity, elegant or otehrwise, is badly blunted.
Here are what (I think) are some logical statements:
Using profanity does not make you braver or more honorable.
Not using profanity does not weaken you.
Speaking for myself, I am offended by profanity, BUT I don’t think I am better or “more holy” than anyone. In fact, as a Christian, I know that I am a wretched sinner with no intrinsic righteousness.
From Ephesians 5:
“But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people. Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving.”
I see Trump supporters completing the culture war by teaming with the left.
No shining city on a hill. Further collapse of basic decency.
