Former President Jimmy Carter, at Britain's House of Lords on Wednesday to deliver a lecture on the campaign to eradicate the Guinea worm disease, was derailed for a few minutes by a BBC reporter who asked about the presidential election.
If he had to choose between Cruz and Trump for the Republican nomination, Carter chuckled, "I think I would choose Trump, which may surprise some of you."
"The reason is, Trump has proven already he’s completely malleable,†Carter explained. "I don't think he has any fixed (positions) he'd go the White House and fight for. On the other hand, Ted Cruz is not malleable. He has far right wing policies he'd pursue if he became president."

As a Trump supporter, I don’t agree with him on everything, nor do I blindly stand behind every thing he says and does, unlike the Cruzbots, which are mimicking the Obamabots. So Jimmy’s saying from the democrats perspective they would be much better off with with a malleable “deal maker”, Trump, as opposed to a principled, consistent Conservative, Ted Cruz. This may be the first time I’ve agreed with Jimmy Carter. One more reason to vote Cruz.
Ted Cruz is not Dishonest.. You Trump supporters have got to lighten up. Your mainsprings are a bit tight.. Trump needs to slow down his twitter tantrums.. As President he would probably nuke Denmark if he got upset. He is showing who he is.. Poor Loser!!!
